I accidentally processed a gst return for a one day period...long story. Anyway I know it says you can't reverse this entry but is there anyway I can undo this?

How would I enter a transaction with money coming out of two separate bank accounts - we bought a truck with the part of the down payment charged to a mastercard and part by cheque. I know how to set up the remainder which is a loan.
