I have made Farm expense purchases with my personal account that is not in Ag Expert.How do I record the transactions without affecting the Farm bank account balance.

I have just signed up for AgExpert and was hoping to do 2023 taxes and data entry. In the top right it allows me to add a fiscal year. The problem I have is that I cannot add 2023 as a fiscal year. Is there a way to add a previous year? Thanks!
