You enter those items by recording a zero dollar withdrawal from your bank account. From there it's a bit different depending on whether you are a Corporation or a Sole Proprietor/Partnership. If Corporate then the Expense is offset by an L+ line to the Shareholder Loans account, otherwise the Expense is offset against a Personal Advance account.
