i have received an equity payout for Coop as I am 66 and no longer earn extra equity. how do i enter this

I have received a PST refund on some farm equipment. How do I decrease the book value of that piece of equipment if it has already been added to the capital asset schedule?

I have just upgraded to 2014-02 and am having problems with the reporting. We us the cash method but the trial balance, GL reports and some others are coming up as accrual and I can't figure out how to change them.

I have just signed up for AgExpert and was hoping to do 2023 taxes and data entry. In the top right it allows me to add a fiscal year. The problem I have is that I cannot add 2023 as a fiscal year. Is there a way to add a previous year? Thanks!
