i want to set up a new fiscal year. it is asking for a serial number and an activation number, where do i find that?

I want to restore an older backup to a new location, rather than to the location where the current set of books is. How can I do this? When I use the Restore command in the File menu, and fill in a new location, the Restore button will not operate.
