Hi Kathy!
When you record a transaction, the Record button becomes a Close button. The Record button will become available again once you set up your next transaction. You haven't done anything wrong at all - this is exactly how we expect AgExpert to behave! Just keep entering - you'll get the buttons you'll need to proceed.
