I received my data file back from accountant (not accountants copy) and would like to know how to use this as my new data file? Thanks.

    Hi Freda,

If it has an .agex extension you can save it anywhere (usually in My docs\Analyst\Data) and then simply open it up. If it has an .agexbackup extension that means it's a backup file. The .agexbackup is a compressed file that contains the .agex file which you can open. So in that case you would save that backup file to your desktop, open AgExpert Analyst and then proceed to the file menu > restore data file. Follow these steps to restore the file and afterwards you can open the .agex file. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks :)
