I downloaded the latest version of AgExpert 2019-2 and for some reason I am not seeing the Payroll anywhere on my program? First I reinstalled to see if it would fix the problem, I also uninstalled the entire program and reinstalled it again from the download I had received through an email. I also went on your site and tried downloading it from there as well and still not seeing anywhere to enter payroll. Also when I click the help button on the tool bar it does nothing to take me to the online help. Please advise what my options are to fix this problem.

    Hi Dolly, sorry for the trouble! It’s the automatic activation that’s causing trouble. We had to make some security upgrades to protect users data and this means that older operating systems (Win 7 and older) are no longer able to connect automatically. Please call us at 1-800-667-7893 and we will activate your computer manually. We open at 7am Sask time on Monday. Sorry again for your trouble.
