Hi Brenda, the only way to get the report to look like that would be to use the Table View option, then you can export it to Excel and then you can delete the loans that you do not want to show on the report. I realize that's probably not the answer you were looking for but that's all that we can do at this time. It presents an excellent idea for future report developments.
