I am using 2014-02 updated version of Ag Expert Analyst as I was experiencing problems with the Capital Asset disposal reports displaying the sale amount correctly. Of the three entries I had, two were displaying wrong on the disposal report but correctly on the cca schedule and general ledger. The update fixed the two but screwed up the one correct entry which now says the sale amount is the original cost amount. Why so many clitches in the capital asset reports and why display them in such a way that makes them hard for many clients to read let alone print out on one sheet unless you remove half the options, 2012 capital asset reports were way more user friendly.
Hi Sandra, I'm glad to hear that the most recent update fixed the two incorrect items, but dismayed to read that the one that *was* correct is now showing incorrectly. Could I ask you to give us a call and make arrangements to send your data file in to us? Our development and data repair teams would like to do some additional digging into the matter to determine what exactly has happened and why that one item is reporting the value it is. We talked about it here and had thought that we had fixed everything to do with that report and if that's not the case then we need to figure out what may have been missed. If we can get your file it will be much easier to determine what that might be.
