I am currently wanting to print off a loan report and an inventory report for 2014 January 31. However both reports include the transactions from 2013. How can I fix this.
If you have some experience with Excel, you could export the grid reports to Excel format and then delete the entries you don't want to see. I believe that the reports are exported such that the formulas are removed and your spreadsheet will be a set of values. Therefore, if you do delete some rows, the numbers will remain unchanged. You may also need to widen the odd column so that all the numbers are displayed in each cell. Best to compare the spreadsheet to the Analyst report after you have made your changes in Excel to test that all the numbers are correct.
