How to use the inventory adjustment screen really depends on what you are looking to accomplish, and what you have already entered.
We may need more details from you in order to be of more assistance to you, such as
1) Do you already have a balance in the inventory account?
2) Are you trying to increase or decrease your inventory?
3) Do you use detailed inventory?
