Because this would require a change to the transactions themselves, changing the business percentage allocation does not retroactively change transactions that are already posted - it only changes them on a go-forward basis.
To change the ones that already exist, you must full edit them, make a small change somewhere (a space at the end of the description is often enough), and re-record them with the new allocation. The old transactions will be reversed, and the new ones will take their place.
