Also having trouble opening a new sub account keeps coming up with a error, could someone walk me through the steps

Hi Fred, when you are entering subaccounts into the Chart of accounts you are able to do so only underneath Primary accounts. Here are some instructions on how to proceed: http://community.fccsoftwar... I hope this helps!
