When I enter an other expense (ctrl,shift,X) for a particular field, it does not show up on a profit and loss statement for that field. Why is that??

That is a problem we have logged for the Profit and Loss report that will corrected with our next update. We apologize for the inconvenience. For the time being Other Expense amounts will need to be figured in outside of the program.
