Where do the numbers for the Net Worth Statement come from, if I have never entered Fair Market Values? For example, I have computers sitting on my balance sheet at $2,487.59 less accum dep of $2,059.60 for a net book value of $427.99. They show up on the Net Worth Report at a value of $1,100.00. Where would this number come from if I have never entered Fair Market Values.

    Hi Cheryl!

You may want to quick check the Setup > Fair Market Value (or, Management > Fair Market Value) screen, just to be sure, since this is where the number will be coming from. Make sure to check all prior fiscal years as well, because the system reaches back into the Fair Market Value until it finds a value, even if it is in a prior year.

If there is no fair market value, then it is supposed to pull from the original cost of the asset.

Hope this helps you out a bit!
