When we tried starting up AgExpert and a pop up said 'a problem has occurred opening the data file'. So we tried opening up a backup file by restore. After we pressed restore it asked us if we want to write over the data file. We okayed it and AgExpert disappeared. We tried starting AgExpert again and it just disappears.
First try restarting your computer.
If that doesn’t work, try browsing to Documents\Analyst\Data and double clicking on the AgExpert Sample data file. If it opens fine then there may be a problem with your data. Call us first thing Monday morning and we’ll help to figure out the problem. If the software still won’t open with the Sample file then I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Call on Monday if none of that works.
