Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

We have the newest version of Agexpert on one computer and have an old version running on an old computer. We need help moving our company from the old version to the new version of Agexpert on our new computer. Basically restoring it to the new version. Having technical difficulties figuring that out. Help!

    Good morning!

    On the computer that you are doing the updating and work on, you will want to first make sure you have both the 2012-05 version and the 2017-02 version of AgExpert Analyst installed. You will not be able to complete the conversion process if you do not. If you don't have both versions, give us a call at 1-800-667-7893 and we will provide you with everything you need from a technical standpoint.
