Trying to balance a transaction that is a capital asset in 2023, paid in installments, which had two prepaid amounts in 2022 (25% down payment), plus GST to recapture on a portion of this. 65% payment on delivery (Feb 13, 2023) 5% at start up and the last 5% within two weeks post start up.
Of course there are the payments and a loan as well. I cannot get this to balance.
