My payroll tab has seemed to disappear on me so I have no way of creating a cheque for payroll. I am not sure why. I believe it happened shortly after creating my accountants copy. What could have caused this?
Hi Nathan, it shouldn't have anything to do with the accontant's copy. Usually that happens when the software hasn't been activated. I couldn't find an active customer file for you in our records so my recommendation would be to call in to Support (1-800-667-7893) They can find the right file here and figure out what is necessary to get your payroll back.
