Hi Vivian! Are you using Accounting (online) or Analyst (Desktop)? If it's the desktop, make sure the date is set to the end of your fiscal year... it defaults to the first day of the reporting period and requires you to change it. That's the most frequent solution we run across to problems like the one you're seeing.
