Hi Tanya!
There is no "closing" the previous year in the AgExpert software anymore. You simply continue working once you have created your next fiscal year. If you are looking to make final adjusting journal entries for the 2014 year, you can go to Setup > Fiscal Years, change the current fiscal year on the top-right to the 2014 year, and close the screen. Make the entries you need to, and when you are done, go back to Setup > Fiscal Years and change back to the 2015 year. All entries you make in the prior year flow through to the current year automatically.
