Hey Terry, You have an outstanding Accountant's Copy. You'll either need to undo (if the Accountant's copy was unnecessary) the Accountant's copy or wait until you can import changes from your accountant. Once that's done then the restrictions will be removed from your file and you'll be able to add the new year.
