I'm having trouble installing the downloaded version 2012-05 on my computer. I'm running Windows 10. When I click the file to start the installation, I get a security warning, then it just seems to try and load forever, without making any progress. I tried deleting the downloaded file so I could try downloading another one, and windows won't delete it because it says it's running. However, I cannot find it. In the properties box for the file, I clicked the box that says to not block it, but that made no difference.
That all sounds odd and very frustrating. Regarding deleting the file, if it is locked up somewhere in the background, the best bet to unlock it is just to reboot the computer. You definitely shouldn't be having any trouble installing on Windows 10. If after the reboot it behaves the same, feel free to call us, we can connect to your computer to see if we can figure out the problem.
