Unfortunately, I don't remember a whole lot about this version, but if I recall correctly, first you need to make sure you are in the prior year file. When you go to look at Year End, if you do not have the option to complete the year end, that means that a full year end has already been run. If you have adjustments that need to be merged across, the only thing you can really do is enter them into the new year, using the first day as a date.
