Hi Terry,
The values on the balance sheet should be the original purchase cost of the land only. If those numbers are incorrect, you can correct those with a general journal entry. Please work with your accountant to determine the proper entry to make as you will need to have an offsetting account for the correction.
Fair Market values can be entered under the Management menu (Management > Fair Market Value) Values entered there will be reflected on your Net Worth report.
