I recently had a credit put on my Visa. When I enter my transaction I made a credit CN+. Then I enter the credit in the CN- to start to reduce the credit, but it is showing as income. How do I stop this from happening?

Hi Lisa, That definitely should not be showing as income. CN+ and CN- do not report to the income statement. What was the offsetting account to the CN+/-? Do you manage the credit card through Accounts Payable?
