Hi Deb!
You can eliminate these bushels by going to Inventory > Inventory Adjustment. Select your wheat inventory account. You can then fill in the screen to remove the 35 bushels (use -35 as your quantity). You can set your type to Opening Inventory or Harvest - it depends on what caused the overage (I would suggest probably harvest, as that is usually your guesstimate!). Record this transaction, and that should get your wheat back on track!
