Hi SFltd, the simplest way to e-mail your file your accountant is as follows:
First open AgExpert Analyst and click on the File menu and then Backup. Backup the desired file to your desktop by following the instructions outlined in the screen. Afterwards, close AgExpert Analyst and open your e-mail. Compose a new message to the accountant and find the insert attachment button (usually labelled with a paper clip). Select the backup file located on your desktop. Certain e-mail accounts require you to wait for the file to be completely attached before pressing send. Press the Send button once the file appears to be attached in the body of the e-mail or near the subject line. Please let me know if you have any questions.
