Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

I had data in my Agexpert express 2014 (just got the key code a few days ago) and know I can not open it . When it should open it says "data at the root level is invalid, line 10 position 17" There are several other lines as well. Any body have any ideas? I am thinking of deleting the whole file and starting from scratch if I soon can't find a solution. I am on holidays in Asia so calling service is not an option.
