I am wondering what accounts to use for a disbursements for a loan to build 2 buildings? and can you expense the electricians, plumbing, and the materials for the building, as well as the labour?
Hi Crystal, Yes you can include it all as part of the building. I like to set up an asset account - accumulate everything in there and then when the project is finished I roll that into a Capital Asset.
