I am using AgExpert Analyst 2015-02 and have been having this problem since I installed it and am now wondering if the installation was
done correctly. When I request a GL Report - page 1 is very nice; however, on subsequent pages of the same report the Font on columns #, Reference, Date, Description, Quantity, Debit and Credit are in a larger font. The Balance column, account total row and account number and name row is a small font - same as everything is on page 1. This shows up like this on my screen and subsequently prints like that. The numbers are all there; however, the reports look anything but professional. Is there any way I could do a reinstall or something to see if this fixes my problem?

Updating to the latest version of the software would fix it for sure, but to be able to continue on right now, you can go to Setup > Preferences. Select the Reports Tab and remove the Checkmark on the Disable report drilldown (for export) option. This should fix it for now.
