I am preparing several invoices and was wondering if there is a way to email these invoices directly from AgExpert? My vendors prefer to receive the invoices thru email instead of paper copies and snail mail. I'm visualizing printing all the invoices then scanning them back and emailing from there but that seems labour intensive, would make sense to be able to forward them directly from AgExpert, is that possible?
Hello mme inc, unfortunately there is no direct way of doing it but there is an easier way. You can export the invoice into .PDF format and attach to the email that you will be sending to your clients instead of printing and scanning. Go to Transaction > Print Queue> Invoices.Select the invoice you want to print and click Print preview. This will display the invoice about to be printed. Instead of clicking on Print, you must click on Export and choose Export to PDF Format. Save it in a location where you can select the file to send to your client.
