I am noticing that my AgExpert backups are showing up with an 'Internet Explorer' icon, instead of the AgExpert icon. Why is that?
Hi Cheryl, it's not anything to be concerned about, the backup will still be valid. At some point, the file extension .agexbackup was somehow associated with Internet Explorer, this can happen sometimes if a user double clicks on a backup in an attempt to open it and Windows tries to find a program that can access that file. If you google, setting default programs for your specific version of Windows, you should be able to easily find some instructions to fix that file association if you wanted to. Purely preferential though as it has no bearing on the the validity of the backup file itself, just the icon that your computer presents when .agexbackup files are visible.
