Hey Trish,
It sure is! First you will need to edit the income account and delete the inventory account link there. Then edit the inventory account and change the measurement unit from whatever it currently is, to bushels. Once that's done then you can edit the income account again and re-link it to the appropriate income account. Your income and inventory accounts will both then indicate bushels.
