Hi Cheryl, this is a known glitch that we will address in our 2014-02 update. The problem is that in Windows a link is, by design, meant to be activated by a single click. Our software used to somehow ignore the double-click but with 2014-01 it started to be come an issue. We had no idea that so many of our users were using a double click to drill down on those report links, but we know now and will have a fix in place with our next download. Until then, try to remember to single click as best you can (habits are hard to break!) so that you don't have to deal with that annoying error and shutdown.
