I am doing some general journal entries in an OLD version of AgExpert and when I choose the account number I want to use I get a message saying it either doesn't exist, or isn't a postable account. Checked the Chart of Accounts and it is saved as a detail account. Any ideas on what the trouble could be?

    Hi Monika,

    I have a couple questions in order to better assist you. What version of AgExpert Analyst are you using exactly? Are you able to select the account by clicking the account picker and manually finding it, instead of typing in the number? Please let me know and I would be happy to help. I would try closing the screen and trying again ensuring that the numbers are exact. Thanks!
