how do you enter a payment on the farm supply account (line of credit)with nutrien ? Is the line of credit considered a loan or what category are we to use?

It depends on how the account is setup in your system. When you are entering the withdrawal, you will see it either when you use type L- or D-. L- would cover your Loan accounts, and D- would cover your Liability accounts. Between the two, you should be able to find your Nutrien line of credit account.
