Hi Lorilee - enter it like a normal withdrawal but leave the total in the top half of the transaction as $0.00 - then you can record an EX line to get the expense on the books and then add a 2nd line as L+ to your Shareholder Loan account if it's a corp or use PA if it's a proprietorship.
