I would start by going to your Chart of Accounts. If you are on the desktop version, you will go to Setup > Chart of Accounts. If you are online, you will click Chart of Accounts on the left navigation.
From there, go to your Liabilities. You will want to find a number available to add a new account. A line of credit is usually placed in the short term liabilities, closer to the top. You can then setup the new account as a detail.

Once this is setup, you are free to do loan additions and loan payments as normal to this account.
