There is no way to email your data from within the software itself. Generally, you will backup your data the way you do normally, and attach that backup to an email that you will compose. There are 2 levels of security - the backup itself is encrypted, and so cannot be opened by someone who doesn't have AgExpert, and you are sending from your password protected email account.
