Hi Travis!
Sounds like you are on the right track!! You were correct to do your deposit as a bank transfer. To enter the government matching portion, go to the Transaction Entry screen. Change your transaction type to Deposit. Make sure that your AgriInvest account is selected as your bank account. Fill in the top information as normal.
Now, where the type says IN - click and change it to EQ. You should now be able to select AgriInvest Income as your account. The transaction should automatically balance itself. Once done, click on Record.
