Hi, I need to enter a new fiscal year, and when I go into <setup> <fiscal year=""> it will not allow me to choose <add fiscal="" year="">. The selection is grey, not the usual white when the option is available. What's wrong?

That means that you have an outstanding "accountant's copy." If you are not expecting to get adjustments back from your accountant or if you are expecting to have to enter those adjustments yourself then it is OK to undo the accountant's copy. Click on File > Undo Accountant's Copy. Once that's complete then your Add Fiscal Year button will work again. If you are expecting adjustments entered by the accountant to come back to you for import into your file then unfortunately you will need to wait until that happens.
