Out of curiosity, are you using the desktop version of the software, or the online version? I only ask because the online version doesn't give you the option to adjust quantity with opening balances for Assets, but the desktop version does.
Or, are you looking somewhere else that you are seeing this information? Is there a specific report you are looking at where you see the 600 acres?
