Hi- Is AgExpert Mobile app not linked to the AgExpert account that I enter books onto?

    Good morning SR!

    The mobile app does a pull from the desktop version of the software. What this means, is that on your mobile, you will enter transactions with receipts, and then click Sync. This will push the transactions up into the cloud.

    From there, on the desktop, you will go to Transactions > Import from AgExpert Mobile. You will use the same credentials as the mobile to pull these transactions from the cloud onto the desktop. You can then complete the import on each individual transaction with details of the income/expense accounts as needed.

    So the app isn't really attached to a specific account. You can theoretically use it with multiple accounts if you ran the process correctly.

    Also note that the app does NOT work with AgExpert Accounting. The online version of the accounting software does not currently have an app.
