Hi Shelley! Even though it was entered last year, it would have been an uncleared item on your year-end bank reconciliation. So it should pull into your first reconciliation of the new year automatically. If it’s not there, check that it was entered against the right bank account and that it wasn’t accidentally marked as cleared on the last bank rec of last year. If the transaction looks right and it wasn’t cleared then you’ll likely need to call in on Monday as we’ll need to connect to your computer to help figure it out with you.
