Disqus Agexpert Accounting Questions Archive

hi - I've downloaded the Analyst 2015 and the updates sent to me by email, but when I attempt to open them, I get a message saying safari can't open the file because no available application can open it. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Safari is an Apple software and this leads me to conclude that you are using a MAC. If you are using Parallels or Bootcamp to run AgExpert Analyst, you might need to save the update(s) to a memory stick, open Parallels/Bootcamp and Windows and then run the setup files from the memory stick instead.
