Hi I am about to create an accountants file,to send to our accountant, but am wondering as I have read two ways to do this, . Do I have to create a new fiscal year first, before I create this file, or can I create new year after I upload this 2017 year file? Any help would be great>

Hi Deb :) Add the new year before you create the accountant's copy.
