Hello, I am try to change from cash entries to accrual. I have entered items into the Prepaid asset for 2017 then move it to an Expense in 2018 once item is applied/used. When I pull a Income and Expense report for 2018 it appears in both accrual and cash formats, should it only be showing on the accrual format? As it came out of 2017 cash.

Hi Laura. For the way you have entered the transaction, and for the way you are describing the reports, you are getting the expected results.
