Hi Alan. Did you try syncing it? If the syncing did not work, try tech support. The other thing that happened with my Android a couple of years ago is that the phone updated its operating system and the tablet did not which caused a lot of grief for a short period of time. In this case, maybe the iPad updated ahead of the phone??
